Our story

Started with one belief - education deserves better hiring.

We started in 2013 with a simple observation: the education sector had some of the most dedicated professionals in the country, but one of the worst systems for connecting them with the right opportunities. Job portals treated teachers like any other job-seeker. Schools posted vacancies and waited. Teachers applied and hoped.

We decided to do it differently. When you register, a real recruiter calls you - not to pitch, but to listen. We understand your subject, your board preference, the city you want to work in, the culture you'd thrive in, and the salary you deserve. Then we go find the right match.
