Purpose:

To enhance students' communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence through interactive training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct soft skills training on communication, teamwork, and leadership.

- Develop and update training materials.

- Assess students' progress and provide individual coaching.

- Organize workshops and collaborate with teachers.

- Report on student development and engage with parents.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in soft skills training and working with students.
