Designation: SPORTS HEAD/HOD-SPORTS [Male]

Salary offered: 7 - 9 LPA

Responsibilities: 

Encourage students to participate in physical activities even outside the class.

Motivate children to be active in sport activities of the school.

Serve as a role model or lead by example in terms of physical fitness and attitude.

Assists the school administration with other school activities, events, and campaigns

Motivating athletes to become stronger, more agile, and more effective through training habits and proper nutrition. 

Plan and lead school activities and programs in physical fitness.

Instruct individuals or groups in sports rules, game strategies, and performance principles, such as specific ways of moving the body, hands, or feet, to achieve desired results.

Monitoring athletes' use of equipment to ensure safe and proper use. Adjusting coaching techniques, based on strengths and weaknesses of athletes.

Planning strategies and choosing team members for individual games or sports sessions.

Training and Coaching the school’s sports teams with the help of sports coaches.

Requirements:

• Post Graduation [MA Physical Education / M.Ped.
• Min.10 yrs of relevant experience required from any reputed school.
• Great passion for sports and outdoor activities.
• Excellent verbal & written communication.
  
• Fast learner, adapt well to the changes & pressures.
• Tech Savvy.
