Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and engage our audience across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of different social channels, and the ability to develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business goals.

Manage all company social media accounts and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Create and curate engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and interactive media, that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.

Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to the brand, and leverage these insights to inform content and engagement strategies.

Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to attract and retain followers, increase reach, and drive traffic to company website or other platforms.

Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and enhancing brand reputation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and business objectives.

Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and performance indicators, such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI, and use insights to optimize strategies and tactics.

Stay current with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance social media presence and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional certification in social media management is a plus.

Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing social media accounts and driving engagement and growth.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools, with proficiency in scheduling and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with experience in graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia content creation tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
