Responsibilities:

To support Principal in handling middle & Seniow wing of school with the support staff.

Day to day school administration and managing the school's vision amongst the staff, students, parents and community.

·                 Uphold our educational policies and integrate the common core government guidelines into each class curriculum

·        Create benchmarks for students and teachers and track progress towards those goals

·        Develop programs that improve teacher performance and assist students in understanding class material better

·        Provide guidance to the school’s network of student leaders and challenge those leaders to make the school a better place

·        Respond immediately to concerns from parents and school board administrators.

  K    Knowledge of CBSE norms.

C      Curriculum Development.

Requirements:

Post Graduation & B.Ed.

·         5 years of work experience as TGT/PGT Teacher with minimum 3 - 4 years of work experience as Vice Principal/Headmistress from any reputed School.

·         Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skill

·         High Leadership & People Management skills

·         Motivated, self-driven and experienced to lead the school forward.
