KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Plan and deliver high-quality Sociology lessons that inspire and motivate students.

● Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students.

● Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

● Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of students.

● Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.

● Prepare students for examinations and track their academic progress.

● Contribute to the development of the Sociology curriculum and resources.

● Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities. 

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor of Education, Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Sociology desired.
Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Sociology.
Min. 2 - 3 years relevat experience.

Excellent communication skills.
Tech Savvy.
