Position: HEADMISTRESS [Junior Wing]

Salary: upto 75K PM

[Candidate should be strong in Pre Primary & Primary Academics]

(Position is for Pre Primary to Grade II)

Responsibilities:

To handle Junior Wing independently.

·         To lead the junior wing operations in line with the vision & mission

·         Day to day school administration and Driving the school’s vision amongst the staff, students, parents and community

·         Time Table management, PTM Handling, Curriculum Development

·         Leading and developing Teachers through continuous training and feedback

·         Appropriate and exact delegation of responsibilities

·         Coordinating with the admin team for organizing events, programs etc.

·         Interacting with parents, guardians, as and when required

·         Responsible for the supervision and general discipline of the school

·         Providing timely feedback to the Principal & Management in terms of scope of improvement

Key Skills:

Graduation & B.Ed.

Strong in Academics.

·         Min. 6 - 7 years of work experience as PRT Teacher with minimum 7-8 years of work experience as Junior Wing Headmistress/Vice Principal from any reputed & established CBSE/IB School.

·         Dynamic Personality and Soft Spoken

·         Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skill

·         High Leadership & People Management skills

·         Motivated, self-driven and experienced to lead the school forward.
