Position: HOSTEL WARDEN (Male)

Salary: UPTO 11 LPA

Objective:

To manage Boys hostel operations and ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hostel operations, discipline, and student welfare
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in hostel premises
• Supervise hostel staff and manage attendance/records
• Handle student concerns, emergencies, and parent coordination
• Ensure smooth functioning of routines (wake-up, study hours, meals, lights-off)
• Handling of parent's meeting, queries etc.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
• 5 years of experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to stay on campus full-time
