Excellent opportunity as "Admission Counselor" from a reputed Pre School Group located at Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad (Group is operating 10 -15 Pre Schools in Delhi NCR / PAN India) Position: Admission Counselor [F] Remuneration: UPTO 30K PM + Incentives Key Responsibilities: - 1. Admission Process Management
- • Handle inquiries from prospective parents through cold calls and walk-ins.
- • Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission policies. • Maintain and update the admission database, tracking inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- • Coordinate and schedule parent counselling sessions, school visits, and orientation programs.
- 2. Lead Generation & Follow-Ups
- • Organising events in societies, malls, etc, to generate leads for the school & DayCare
- • Proactively reach out to leads generated from marketing campaigns, school events, and referrals.
- • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential parents to address their concerns and encourage enrolment.
- • Develop strategies to increase admission inquiries and conversions.
- 3. School Representation & Promotion
- • Represent the school at promotional events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
- • Work closely to execute admission campaigns through social media, print, and outdoor promotions.
- 4. Parent Engagement & Relationship Management
- • Build strong relationships with parents to enhance trust and engagement with the school. •
- Address queries, concerns, and grievances related to admissions in a professional manner.
- • Assist in organizing open house events, orientations, and special programs to improve parent involvement. 5. Documentation & Compliance • Ensure all admission-related documentation is collected, verified, and processed efficiently.
- • Assist in fee structure explanation and guide parents through the payment procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. • Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or customer service (preferred). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills . • Ability to handle inquiries professionally and with empathy. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP/ software (preferred). • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. |
