Position: Social Science Teacher

Remuneration: 6 – 8LPA

Timings: 9.30AM - 6PM

Job Description:

·         The role will be to teach foundation students, aspiring for Competitive examinations, the subject SST online in front of a camera and in person in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible with the primary objective to facilitate student's learning and understanding

·         Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students

·         Be part of the content team and develop content materials of the respective subject.

·         Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques

·         Reviewing of the content created by other content developers or SMEs and to guide them in order to prepare the content of highest quality

·         Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for student’s questions

·         Expert level proficiency for foundation (Class VIII, IX & X) classes.

·         Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.

·         Has strong subject expertise and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through varied audio-visual elements.

·         Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools.

·         Is comfortable using technology tools for both video and textual content creation and delivery.

·         Produce answers that are 100% accurate

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

 ·         Masters of political science from reputed University

·         Bachelor Political Science from reputed University (For Foundation).

·         Minimum of 2-5 years+ of prior teaching experience

·         One to two years of Experience (for Foundation).

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·         Willingness to work closely with teams and internal stakeholders

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

·         Goal-oriented attitude

·         Very strong academic record.
