Job Description:

·         The role will be to teach students aspiring for IIT/NEET the subjects Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology online in front of a camera in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible in languages English / Hinglish with the primary objective to facilitate student's learning and understanding

·         Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students

·         Be part of the content team and develop content materials of the respective subject.

·         Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques

·         Reviewing of the content created by other content developers or SMEs and to guide them in order to prepare the content of highest quality

·         Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for students' live questions

·         Expert level proficiency for JEE main and NEET examination

·         Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.

·         Has strong subject expertise and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through varied audio-visual elements.

·         Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes.

·         Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools.

·         Identifies loopholes in the existing processes and brainstorm and design creative ways to improvise them, and conceptualizes and lay down the outline for the new processes and optimize resource allocation.

·         Is comfortable using technology tools for both video and textual content creation and delivery.

·         Produce answers that are 100% accurate

 Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

 ·         BE/BTech /MTech /PhD from IIT or reputed NIT (For JEE).

·         M.Sc./ M.Phil./ PhD from reputed University (For NEET)

·         M.Sc. From reputed University (For Foundation).

·         Minimum of 5 years+ of prior teaching experience (For JEE/NEET)

·         One to two years of Experience (for Foundation).

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·         Willingness to work closely with teams and internal stakeholders

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

·         Goal-oriented attitude

·         Very strong academic record
